SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC ANALYSIS PROJECTS

DLB Associates has been an innovator in the planning and design of solar photovoltaic (PV) array systems. Short list of DLB solar photovoltaic projects within the last three years include:

Saint Barnabas Heath Care System Solar Photovoltaic Proposal Evaluation – Various Locations – DLB performed an evaluation of proposals received for the Saint Barnabas "Renewable Energy Initiative for Solar Power." Additionally, DLB examined the technical ability of each company to implement the outlined scope of work and the financial merits of each proposer.

McCarrick Care Center Solar Photovoltaic Feasibility Study – Summerset, NJ – DLB performed a feasibility study for Saint Peter's Healthcare System (SPHS) regarding the installation of a photovoltaic system. This study supported the hospital's intent to complete a photovoltaic system project, yielding a net positive cash flow in at least five years and a minimum of 15% return on investment by SPHS.

Mercer County Community College 10MW Solar Photovoltaic Systems – West Windsor, NJ – DLB, along with their valued partners, are involved in a 10 MW ground-mounted photovoltaic module project located on undeveloped land adjacent to the Mercer County Community College campus. This project consists of site evaluation, electrical infrastructure and solar photovoltaic system design.



PVSC PLANT-WIDE SOLAR FEASIBILITY STUDY

DLB Associates conducted a solar photovoltaic (PV) feasibility study for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners (PVSC) main campus and remote pumping stations located in New Jersey.

DLB surveyed existing spatial and electrical infrastructure conditions to complete a full technical and financial evaluation.

A report was delivered that was tailored to fit the specific conditions and needs of the PVSC.

The financial evaluation included a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) analysis, the resulting Net Present Value (NPV), and sensitivity analyses of feasible options that assisted the PVSC in understanding the installation and ownership recommendations.
